Drop the Ball
(Without Everything Falling Apart)
This is a live workshop for the woman who’s tired of being the load-bearing wall.
You’ve been holding it all together for a long time.
The business.
The career.
The family stuff.
The emotional labor.
The expectations.
And if you’re being honest… it’s not that you can’t handle it.
It’s that you shouldn’t have to.
Because the balls you’re carrying? Some of them don’t even belong to you.
And some of them made sense in a past season—but now they’re just keeping you stuck.
This workshop is for you if:
You’re exhausted, but still “the reliable one”
You feel guilty when you rest, slow down, or say no
You’re carrying 50-leven responsibilities and quietly resent it
You want to pivot—career, business, or life—but you’re scared of what letting go means
You’re an eldest daughter / child of immigrants and the pressure is real
What we’re doing in this workshop:
This isn’t a motivational pep talk or therapy.
This is a strategy + clarity session to help you stop carrying what no longer serves you—without crashing your life in the process.
You’ll walk away with:
✔️ A clear understanding of what you’re holding onto (and why)
✔️ The “balls” you actually need to keep vs. the ones you can drop
✔️ A plan to release what’s weighing you down—without spiraling in guilt
✔️ Practical next steps to create more ease, time, and alignment in this season
The objective:
To help you drop what’s holding you back so you can finally build a life that fits:
your capacity
your priorities
your values
and the version of success you actually want now

About Bianca
Hi, I’m Bianca Jordan—attorney turned marketing strategist and coach, and the founder of Brilliant Rebel.
I work with high-achieving women (especially eldest daughters and children of immigrants) who look successful on paper but feel stretched thin behind the scenes. The kind of women who carry everyone else… while quietly running on fumes.
I’m not teaching this from a high horse—I’m living it. An unexpected pregnancy, a 31-day hospital stay, and becoming a mom forced me to drop more balls than my perfectionist self was comfortable with. And the plot twist? My life didn’t fall apart. In many ways, it got better.
Drop the Ball is me helping you do the same—strategically, not emotionally—so you can create success that actually fits the season you’re in.
