Bianca Jordan is an attorney, entrepreneur, and coach.

In 2014, she launched Brazen Legal as a fully virtual, flat-fee immigration law firm — years before the legal industry normalized that model. She built a multi-six-figure practice using social media as her primary marketing tool, and expanded access to legal representation for immigrant communities who were routinely priced out of it.

After 2020, as remote work became standard, other attorneys began seeking her out to understand how she had built her practice and her brand on her own terms. She recognized a pattern: high-achieving professionals who had done everything right were still stuck, because the rules they were following were never designed to get them where they actually wanted to go.

That led her to start Brilliant Rebel, where Bianca works with high-achieving women, particularly eldest daughters and children of immigrants, who are ready to rewrite the rules they live by, define success for themselves, and build businesses and lives that don't require anyone's permission.
