Experienced guidance, practical solutions, and meaningful results.
Running a business or organization requires making decisions that affect your operations, your people, and the clients or communities you serve. Having the right expertise can make those decisions easier and help you avoid costly mistakes.
Through The Advisory, I work with firms and organizations to identify challenges, develop strategies, improve operations, and address complex business and/or immigration-related matters.
I bring more than a decade of experience as an immigration attorney, law firm owner, and business strategist, along with years of advising professionals and organizations on marketing, business development, and operational challenges.
My approach is practical and collaborative. We identify the problem, determine what needs to happen, and develop a plan to address it.
I am in the process of launching my contract-based legal writing practice and was struggling with "new lawyer" syndrome and proper marketing of my services. My conversation with Bianca was the vote of confidence that helped me with organizing and structuring my next move(s). Sometimes a voice can be a powerful force in the trajectory of one's future. If you need some guidance or do not know where to start in your journey, I recommend reaching out to Bianca today!

I help firms and organizations improve how they operate, manage resources, and serve their clients. Consulting may include evaluating business models, pricing, profitability, intake processes, internal workflows, staffing, delegation, and technology.
Marketing & Business Development
I develop strategies to help firms strengthen their positioning, communicate their value, attract clients, and improve conversion. This includes evaluating existing marketing efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and developing practical business development strategies.
Immigration Practice Consulting
I provide immigration attorneys and accredited representatives with specialized consulting on case strategy, legal issues, and practice management. Engagements may include case assessments, identifying potential immigration benefits or relief, reviewing case materials, and developing recommendations for complex matters.
Immigration Education & Organizational Consulting
I work with companies, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to provide immigration training, education, and consulting. Services may include staff training, community workshops, immigration benefit screenings, and guidance on developing programs and services for immigrant populations.
I had a really positive experience working with Bianca. The coaching sessions were incredibly helpful and gave me practical strategies that I have already implemented and I’m already seeing positive results. Her experience and knowledge helped me identify areas where I could improve, avoid potential mistakes, and make the necessary corrections to position my business for greater growth and success.

How We Work Together
The Advisory offers both project-based consulting and ongoing advisory partnerships.
Project-Based Consulting
For organizations seeking assistance with a defined challenge, initiative, or legal matter. We establish the scope, deliverables, and timeline before beginning our work.
Ongoing Advisory Partnerships
For firms and organizations that need consistent strategic guidance, specialized expertise, or support across multiple priorities. Engagements are structured around an agreed scope of work and generally begin with a three-month commitment.
Depending on the engagement, services may include strategic assessments, consulting sessions, written recommendations, document reviews, training, or ongoing advisory support.
Bianca is such a gem! Her insight into marketing efforts for lawyers was priceless. She is so great at breaking it all down to seem less scary and overwhelming. Let her help you!

The Investment
Consulting fees are determined by the complexity of the work, scope of services, deliverables, and anticipated level of involvement.
Both flat-fee projects and monthly consulting retainers are available.
Bianca's marketing insights are practical and relatable. As a small law firm owner, it can be daunting thinking about the way in which we market and show up online and in the community to share our services - law school trains lawyers to perform legal services, not customer service. I plan to follow the lessons Bianca shared to hone in on the needs and desires of my ideal clients.
